The hotel features two sizable pools. I observed ample sun loungers and umbrellas near both. every evening, buffet options for dinner were available. the hotel is a brief walk to the beach, set back from the street's activity.

the gym had limited hours, which conflicted with MY schedule.

helpful staff excellent location relaxing pools close proximity

the staff was very friendly and helpful. the location is excellent, very close to kata beach and a street with various shops. i found two pools perfect for relaxation. these pools gave me options (i appreciated that). i enjoyed being so close to everything.

the room i had was close to the road and the traffic noise was a bit loud at times.

the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. they arranged a welcome drink upon arrival and promptly addressed a minor issue with the room's amenities.

dated fitness center slow responsiveness

the fitness center was quite dated with some equipment out of order. the website advertised three state-of-the-art treadmills, but only one was functional and did not meet the description. staff responsiveness to requests was also slow, and the tv in my room was not working.

spacious room air conditioning beautiful pools small bugs dated equipment non-working treadmill

the room was quite spacious. the air conditioning worked very well. the pools are beautiful. breakfast was plentiful (especially the egg station!).

small bugs were present in the room (though staff cleaned the bed sheets). the fitness center's equipment was quite dated. only one of the treadmills was working.
